(NYSE: CVX) on January 26, 2005 declared a quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share, payable March 10, 2005, to stockholders of record as of February 16, 2005. ChevronTexaco has an unbroken record of annual dividend payment increases of 17 consecutive years.
