SAN RAMON, Calif., Oct. 29 -- The Board of Directors of ChevronTexaco Corp. (NYSE: CVX) today declared a quarterly dividend of 73 cents per share, payable Dec. 10, 2003, to stockholders of record as of Nov. 18, 2003. The dividend rate is unchanged from the preceding quarter.
