Chevron Corporation Announces Completion of Atlas Energy Acquisition

SAN RAMON, Calif., Feb 18, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Chevron Corp. (NYSE:CVX) today announced that its acquisition of Atlas Energy has been completed following approval by Atlas stockholders.
