Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On December 30, 2019, Inge G. Thulin tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of Chevron Corporation (“Chevron”), effective January 1, 2020. Mr. Thulin resigned due to time and logistics conflicts and not as a result of a disagreement with Chevron.
