SAN FRANCISCO, Oct 30, 2002 -- The Board of Directors of ChevronTexaco Corp. (NYSE: CVX) today declared a quarterly dividend of 70 cents per share, payable Dec. 10, 2002, to stockholders of record as of Nov. 18, 2002. The dividend rate is unchanged from the preceding quarter.
